- La Leche League: A mother-to-mother support group regarded as a worldwide authority on breastfeeding. Meetings are held in the Athens area twice every month: the second Wednesday evening at 7pm and the fourth Friday morning at 9:30am. Both meetings are held at the Athens Public Library at 30 Home Street in Athens. All pregnant and nursing moms with babies are welcome!
